Welcome to Chula Vista Post 434!

Deep in the heart of the South Bay of Sunny San Diego, is home to one of the largest American Legion Posts in the State of California. Chula Vista is where we call home! An area rich in history, rich in support of our military and veterans, and rich in community and mutual helpfulness. We are a strong membership with sound principles and hearts to match.

Living in a region with a strong military presence, we are reminded daily that we are proud of our soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines and our veterans who have sacrificed to ensure our freedom and instilled within us the greatest reassurance for the future of tomorrow.

From our fine dinners and dances, karaoke events, daily lunch menu, to our post club room, post trips, and many volunteer and community events, Post 434 is a great post filled with a strong, diverse membership that is large in heart, big in spirit, and knows how to have a great time!
